Two-Tier Pricing Program

We understand that the past few years have presented numerous challenges for many families, and we recognize that each family's financial circumstances differ.

In light of this, MGY has instituted a voluntary 2-tier pricing program.  Please take a few moments to review the following tier descriptions and choose the tier that is most suitable for your family.  All children will have the same experience no matter which tier a family is able to pay.  We want to emphasize that this is an honor system, where you determine what is affordable for your family.  The tier selected by a family will be kept confidential.  

Our goals with tiered pricing are to:

* Provide high-quality, safe, fun programming to our camp families.
* Provide an opportunity for partnership with those who value the impact of MGY.
* Preserve MGY for generations to come.

Tier 1 - Direct Cost:
This rate most accurately accounts for the costs of camp including staffing, program costs, camp administration, insurance, rentals, buses, etc.  Choosing this tier gives you an opportunity to help us stretch our very limited funds further and to do more for our community's children so they may experience the power of camp.  You also help ensure that more children are able to attend and that MGY continues into the future.  If you are able to pay this amount, please do so.  Thank you!

Tier 2 - Subsidized:
Our subsidized rate does not reflect the true cost of operating summer camp programs.  This reduced rate is offered to help ease the burden for families navigating the challenge of juggling multiple financial pressures.

Permission, Release & Waiver of Liability:  
By completing this enrollment form and entering my digital signature below, I as the parent or legal guardian of the above child(ren) hereby release Machane Gan Yisroel from any and all liability arising from claims for injuries or damages that either individually or on behalf of my child might occur during participation in Camp Gan Israel activites.  I authorize any adult acting on behalf of Machane Gan Yisroel to treat, hospitalize, or secure treatment for my child.  I further agree to pay all charges for that care and/or treatment.  It is understood that if time and circumstances reasonably permit, Machane Gan Yisroel personnel will try, but are not required, to communicate with me prior to such treatment.  I hereby give permission for my child to participate in all camp activities and field trips.  I understand that my child may be photographed while participating in Machane Gan Yisroel activities and that these pictures may be used for marketing purposes.  By electronically signing my name below, I accept these terms and conditions.
